Overview:
Software Engineer - C++/Ruby/SQL
This position is a hands-on C++/Ruby/MySQL developer. You will be a member
of an advanced technology team focused on developing high transaction volume
/ultra low latency web server technologies. These servers drive real time,
targeted ad placements on premier websites.
Qualifications:
Technical Requirements:
• 2+ years of web server or database driven web applications
development
• Expert knowledge developing with C++/Ruby on Rails/Java back ends
• Strong database/SQL experience using MySQL or similar
Other experience that would be a plus (but not required) for this position:
• Deep understanding of storage appliance and storage software
internals
• Extensive experience working with large data stores
• Experience with file systems, server architectures, and distributed
systems
• Media industry experience
