I noticed that Paramount has good facilities like gym, swimming pool,
internet louge etc, that that's why I am bit attracted to it.

gym (w/indoor swimming port) is the biggest one comparing to other condos in
SF. The gym is indeed pretty nice...I go there once awhile.. |

Do people jog near the beach? or it's too crowded?

not a beach btw)...recon is only a couple of blocks from Ferry building
where the farmers market is open very sat morning, meaning, you will see a
lot of tourists in that area too
mission &3rd street is also a very good location
both buildings are luxury condos

Ricon has nicer location, but Paramount has better amenities... Hard to
decide without seeing them... but don't want to fly there just to choose a
temp housing.

both are good locations and buildings...
paramount is right next to SF shopping center (westfield shopping mall) and
a few blocks to union square..you can shop every day~~~:)
