是TW..只好后面的字母就故意写的潦草些，反正最后还要填阿拉伯数字。脸上若无其事
，银行柜员也没觉出什么。
拿了钱出门，觉得脸上发烧。后来想想，在中国，大写的‘柒’俺从来也没有写对过，

Grammatically any failure / fall of action is denoted by " Un+Able ". When
people speak, they colloquially tend to get the " Not " as the strong
notation of affirming the failure in action, deriving " Not able ". As a
layman both means the same, but per grammar the fail of action is mentioned
" Unable to ".
