I know some people have trouble to get refinance for their condo. the lender
will order the condo cert and review the master insurance.
I submitted a few condo loans to a lender and got funded already even though
a couple of condos have litigation.
If your property is condo and even have litigation. the condo is owner
occupy and loan amount is below 417K. the lender is only review appraisal
if the appraisal report does not show the condo with litigation. the loan
can be passed.
this lender's 5 years ARM can get 3.0-3.125% for no point and no fee.
30 years fix is 4.5% without point and fee
