标 题: 求助：妈妈在park捡易拉罐收到罚单

上上个周末，爸妈到家附近的park边散步边捡易拉罐，然后park的管理员给了他们一张
单据（提醒不要在park捡垃圾罐），他们不懂英文，就塞到口袋打算回家后给我们看，
然后继续在那捡。 接着，警察过来了，妈妈拿出随身携带的信息表（我写他们应急用
的信息，包括姓名，地址等），警察做了登记还按了指纹，然后就让他们回来了。
结果今天就收到一张标有妈妈姓名的罚单，275刀！！
不知道有没有人有类似的经验，该怎么处理，如果上庭该做哪些准备呢？会不会影响他
们下次来美的签证呢？

罚款理由在罚单上没有写，但当天收到的通知上面写了，大致意思是破坏公共秩序... |

说警察还是常给那些无家可归者开各种罚单的
但是因为那些无家可归者都没有家庭住址,
所以他们不交罚款不理警察
警察也找不到他们, 没法enforce罚单, 也就不了了之了
但这并不代表那些无家可归者的行为合法

that is why there is high way patrol to enforce the rules or "double ensure".
similarly, I am sure on the trash can it says "no toxic stuff", but there is
still chance people throw toxins into it, to protect the public, handle
trash by professionals will minimize the risk, at least, it is better to
have random person to go through the trash and spread whatever potential

responsibility it doesn't get spread. and leaving it at a public place is

Yes, hence normal people shouldn't flip through the trash cans, or they will
be ticketed. Again, if you don't think this is reasonable, you can always
take it to the court.

里能挣钱的瓶瓶罐罐比例不告，带来的收入不能cover花费。可见那个罐罐就是钱，都

不过刚丢到垃圾箱里的垃圾袋马上被人打开这点最让人恶心，不过看是老人，

either拣路边掉的,or趁主人看不见的时候翻垃圾桶.后者虽然性质上属偷,和进别人家

picking up aluminum cans? I find it hard to believe. maybe it's local
ordinance. if the park ranger already reminded them not to do so, and they
keep doing that, I can understand the fine. But for God's sake, 275 bucks?

给罚单的确过分，想钱想疯了，一般就警告就得了。估计是看老实的欺。要是不给丫地
址，语言不通，没准就警告了。
还是plea not guilty, 用written declaration试试吧
