Hi,
I'd like to learn anyone who has done this before.
I'm thinking about selling our house and then buy one. Instead of going
through the stress to sell and buy at the same time, I'm willing to sequence
the two (i.e. sell first, move to a temporary apartment, and then buy.)
Has anyone done this? Did you rent a regular apartment and put stuff in
temporary storage before buying? Or you get a temporary apartment? Any
advice would be greatly appreciated.
thanks. | j*******y 发帖数: 303 | 2 i heard people do that. A common practice. Give you more time to look for a
desired house. A six month lease on an apartment would be around 10k, if you
can find a good house, 10k is nothing | f*********1 发帖数: 14 | 3 Or, I'd prefer to buy a house first, and then later on sell current one so
that you don't have to go through renting apartment and dealing with lease
etc. | g*s 发帖数: 2277 | 4 你这种办法要求收入得高到负担得起两个房子的贷款

household of stuffs into a small apartment that costs only $1500/month. More
than likely, you need to rent a 3-bedroom house and that's $2500+/month
after-tax dollars.
a
you
