标 题: 求问NVidia的offer，以及假期问题

Nvidia的offer，之前没商量过，直接fedex过来了。请问这种情况下有可能去
negotiate吗？
大概看了下，好像他家根本没有带薪年假（除了法定假期），真是这样吗？那休假是不
是只能和老板请假，会很困难吗？

you just can't sell pto back to the company if you don't take any days

That means if your manager approves, you can have whatever long paid time
off. I think three weeks is reasonable for you. |

if you leave the company with pto balance remaining, by law it must pay cash
to you, as the remaning balance is its liability.

People work there because after comparison, it is the best choice they have.
There is no company that treats employees like google in the chip industry.
