probably be done in 2 or 3 hours.
but i doubt 2 or 3 steps assumption.

W: Rxe6
1) black Qf7 or Qe8, white Kg5, after black's move, either Rxh7 checkmate or Qxg7 checkmate, or take the blocking black queen then checkmate.
2) Qxe6, then white Kg5, 2a) black Qg6, white Rxh7 check, black Qxh7, white Kf7
checkmate. 2b) black h6, then Kxe6 takes free Queen and game over.
3) black takes any other move, white rook takes the black queen and still threatens checkmate on g7 and h7. Game over.
