这是一个顶层（三层）的公寓房，很安静，朝向好，一个卧室和客厅朝南，另一个卧室
朝西南。 室内的温度在冬季及夏季的时候都非常适宜居住。从这里可步行到旁边的
Rivermark Plaza购物中心里面有safeway超市, 还可步行到轻轨车站。周围有很多大公
司。小区内和小区外环境都非常好，小区内草地面积很大，有很多树和花草。小区旁边
有一条trail可以晨练和骑车运动。小区内有加温的游泳池，运动场，健身房，健身房
有免费的运动课程教授。物业办公室附近游泳池地区可免费上网。小区还经常会组织聚
会聚餐的活动。这个小区还非常适合探亲的父母及有小孩的家庭居住。周围有很多中国

One two bedrooms, two bathroom apartment at Mansion Grove apartments in
Santa Clara is available in early May.
This is a top floor (third floor) apartment; the living room and a bedroom
is south facing, and another bedroom is southwest facing. It is a nice,
fullof nature light, and quiet place to live. The indoor temperature is very
good that makes you feel very comfortable both in winter and summer.
This apartment closes to shopping center(walk distance to Rivermark Plaza),
light rail (walk distance to light rail station), and many big companies.
Nice view in and around the apartment. A trail is just beside of the
apartment. Here is also a great place for senior and young children. Many
Chinese live with their parents and young children in this apartment. Both
your parents and young kids will easily to find friends. There are many
playgrounds very close to the apartment.
We will move out in this month. Since now no special offer from leasing
office of Mansion Grove apartment, you can get $200 from us if you want to
move in our apartment at the beginning of May.
