Light hiking. 主要是休闲，摄影，欣赏风景。从弯区出发。We have five people so
far.

摄影，休闲，赏花，看风景。Book 了一个tent cabin and one tent camp for one
night in 5/12. total 9 spots available.(4) in tent cabin, (4-6) in tent
camp, so we need to bring a tent by ourselves. Tent cabin $105(after
tax) for four, and we need to bring sleeping bag by ourselves. Tent camp
$55 for 4-6(需要一个4-6人的tent, 提供tent的人免费住, but we need to bring
everything by ourselves. I reserved the last tent cabin and the last
tent camp place for that day. Car pool:each pay $60 to the driver and
parks parking fees are shared each other.

一直想去，可惜没人组织，我来组织一个吧。从弯区出发。
初步设想：San Jose →Point Lobos State Reserve( sea lions · scuba diving ·
monterey cypress · sea otters · harbor seals) → 百和谷(估计没什么花了)
→Bixby bridge停车照相 → Big Sur area(stay overnight).Many pretty places in
big Sur.We can visit part of them at the end of the day and finish the
rest of them at the second day. We can discuss where to see the sundown:
1. pfeiffer falls, 在pfeiffer big sur state park 里面，60ft 高，about half
mile hiking。老少咸宜。
Trail 在redwood forest 里面，沿着小溪蜿蜒而上，无数的小木桥穿梭其中。

2. big sur river gorge, a famous swimming hole. 在 Pfeiffer big sur park
里面，uncharted trail，要找路，从camp site 尽头出发，大约0.6 mile. 适合喜欢
玩水的青壮劳力，老少不宜。

3. Pfeiffer beach, 是一个很少人知道的beach。Beach海面上有一圈岩石，有门框一样的sea
cave, 朝西偏南方向，每年深秋和初冬的时候，日落会穿过岩洞，形成奇特的景观，是摄影爱好者的
胜地。沙滩往北边会逐渐呈现紫色，也是一大特色。只是此处风太大，不宜久留。从一号路上过了
pfeiffer big sur park entrance往南，大约0.7mile, 从右边一个没有任何路标的路口转
进，开2.5mile，有个停车场，走几步就到了beach，不需要hiking。 这是那个路口的 google

4. McWay falls, 著名的一壶浊酒向碧海，引无数迁客骚人驻足留步之地，在
julia Pfeiffer burns state park里面（注意，和前面的那个pfeiffer state park
不是一个，再往南10mile即到）
Second day: Finish Bigur Sur if we are not able to complete the first
day → jade cove →castle → elephant seal (过了San simens便不再是陡峭的盘山路，
小镇Cambria附近有一大群奇懒的elephant seal，每天无所事事地在沙滩上睡觉，蠕动，晒太
阳) →back home.
Capitola 这种小儿科的地方这次就免了吧。他离我们最近，你如果想的话随时可以去。
计划根据具体情况随时可以调整。
