别告诉我说是因为top university多，码工的活儿用不着stanford phd。。
谁能理智的分析一下这些公司不离开弯曲的原因？ |

搬家到得克萨斯，不用操心这些小动作多好啊。肯定有别的原因。到底为什么不走？

When they grow larger..they find ways to circumvent tax..for example,
registering in Delaware(google), tax avoidance(apple,http://www.scoop.co.nz/stories/HL1205/S00063/the-de-civilising-of-society-apple-tax-avoidance.htm)
Only 8% of US's revenue is paid by corporation tax. I was shocked when I saw
this number the first time

have negative tax return.
I do not think any sound company is moving because tax specifically.
tax is a concern, but a small factor for sure.
companies find workers in India, China, not because they have low taxes
there, actually I think the taxes are higher than US. it is below lower
labor cost.
