out，所以交了800刀补偿金给房东。房东只有在9.18之前租出我住的那间房（207）才
退回800刀。有愿意在18号之前租207号房的，我拿出800中的300作为感谢。（note：你
入住的时候肯定是干净的新房间，你是跟房东签合约，因为不是我转注。我的lease已
经结束）。
我自己对这个apartment挺满意的，交通方便也很安静。网上的评分也较高，价格居中。

公园里中国人很多。社区非常安全。
我们现在住的这个apartment很大，652 Sq. Ft. 在一楼，房子里面也很干净
。 房东maintainance也挺快的，灯泡坏了，上午打电话，下午就过来换了。
我们的合同是到11月中旬，但是我和我老公9月底必须会学校。现在需要找到
下一个住户和房东签约。所以上来推荐这个房子。1550是我们4各月前签约的房租，现
在的房租应该差别不大。
我们9.27号搬出，房子应该可以在10月初入住。
