Location：Santa Clara，Sunnyvale，Mountain View
做过一些功课，打算在以下小区中选择一家：
- Archstone Santa Clara
- Bella Vista
（以上两家一街之隔，实地考察过，小区设施齐全，环境清幽，地理位置好）
- Avalon (这家在MV有3个地方，离得很近)
（PS： 为了避免被当成打广告的，就不贴小区链接了，google一搜都能找到）
如有其它合适的小区，也可考虑，但是位置主要就在以上3区中，上班近。
2B2B房租大约是 $1200 + utilities, 所以每人开销 < $1300，在这个budget范围内当
然是as low as possible.
APT大致情况是：Non furnished apt，Fully equipped kitchen， Washer Dryer in
Unit, large storage space， AC...
几个小区配置都差不多，根据具体小区或Unit会有区别。
Expected move in day: 1月底 （Jan 25左右）
Lease term：6 months - 12 months （最好是后者吧，原因一呢long term lease便宜
些；原因二呢，搬来搬去不容易呐，找房子也不容易）
本人情况：
IT女一枚，所以，roommate最好也是女同胞吧
mid 20's
Ideal Roommate：
- Female
- 有稳定收入（跟leasing office签lease的时候估计也会有credit check）
- clean， responsible，不抽烟，不酗酒，无不良嗜好（有点废话，这些都算是合租
基本必备要求了）
- No pet （sorry）
- No party animals
