一年以后呢？
据说（据说啊）湾区comcast外包给阿三公司了，所以。。。
现在只能互相折腾了，比如两个人的名字轮流换，中间其实只断一天（半天）的网，
这个还是需要过来人讲一下，断多久？
因为我们搬过来的时候，去店里直接开通，回家马上就能上网了。

I followed the sales suggestion:
I called them to install my new connection,
CS(tomer service): whoops, you modem is still connected to another account.
I: the guy who used to live here moved out, he left me this modem. So please
disconnect it from the old account.
CS: ok
I was dumb and calling them with IP phone, and my phone dropped as
well as my internet. A few min later, everything worked fine again.
I then cancelled my previous service.

first 3 months, 25mb after (my modem is docsis 3 so I can use at most 30mb)
the sales man (an old white guy) told me to call him after half year, for
further solution...
