A SFH of $1900 living Sqft on Sedum rd of Warmsrpings area was sold for 1.01

车库，已有的车库变房间，不过车库下面是水泥地，很难走水管，而且天花板的高度也
受限制，可能需要把车库拆了重建才能舒服一点儿。以现在加盖的行情，一个新车库
400尺再加上新的5，600尺的居住面积，已有的部分再装修一下，20万也不够。 这个价
格也就差不多了，再贵真的不划算了。 |

发帖数: 706 | 29 如果你特别喜欢这个房子就买吧，我只能说20万下去这个房子的living space也就是到
1500或者1600sq, 也很难卖到95万。 这个lot要是在cupertino或者PA就好了，推倒重
盖最划算。还有一个办法是加二层，在外面租一年的房子，花上30多万应该能做成比较
大的房子。
