车库,已有的车库变房间,不过车库下面是水泥地,很难走水管,而且天花板的高度也
受限制,可能需要把车库拆了重建才能舒服一点儿。以现在加盖的行情,一个新车库
400尺再加上新的5,600尺的居住面积,已有的部分再装修一下,20万也不够。 这个价
格也就差不多了,再贵真的不划算了。 |

1500或者1600sq, 也很难卖到95万。 这个lot要是在cupertino或者PA就好了,推倒重
盖最划算。还有一个办法是加二层,在外面租一年的房子,花上30多万应该能做成比较
大的房子。
