I have been living in this apt. for almost 2 years and it is a 3b2b
apartment.
One roommate is moving out since he just bought the new house, so one Master
room with bathroom is available currently. We really like the apt. and
facilities nearby. The complex has adequate parking space and hides itself
well enough from El Camino and highway 85 & 237 - they are just one step
away, but you do not need tolerate the noise. We have Lucky, Walgreens,
Safeway, Chinese/Japanese supermarket, PA medical foundation within 1 mile.
Regarding to the apt., the living room is huge and balcony is good for BBQ
for small group of people.
I also tried to find another apt., simply can not find a better one with the
rate we are paying right now, since the rent start ramping up really
quickly ever since last year.
We are looking for responsible young professional who would like to keep/
enjoy a clean lovely home just as we do. |
