这个面经对找工作的童鞋没啥用，纯吐槽。
老公最近搬去加州，于是我骑驴找马想着要一家团聚。朋友在paypal是distinguished,
让朋友refer了我 。
首先是面试过程极度混乱，前前后后大概有六七个组要电面我，甚至我onsite
paypal的那天还有组给我发信约电面，感觉各个组的recruiter完全不知道其他组
recruiter的存在，非常各自为政的感觉。
然后极品的onsite来了。老实说，作为一个码婆还是第一次被人这么鄙视。见的五六个
人，除了一个中国人很不错，其他人都傲慢无比，glassdoor上这么一段评论， ”very
arrogant set of people. It appeared if they are from spaceship.“ 简直太对
了。问题都极其简单 (同学，你那么arrogant, 要是出的题有点水平，我还可以改观一
下)，有一道题具体忘了，类似一堆数字求重复数字那种，我用了hashset, 老印摇摇头
，你为什么不用hashmap， hashmap check一个key是constant time， hashset不是。
我和我的小伙伴都惊呆了，俺说，hashset的背后就是 based on HashMap
implementation，它check key的complexity和hashmap是一样的。老印一脸傲慢，肯定
不一样，不信你去查。我无语，只能说好吧，我回去check. 此时我已经不太想面下去
了，实在是不想和一个连hashset都搞不清楚的，还非常arrogant的老印一起工作.
接下去又是一老印，还是具简单的题目，求一个短string在另一个长string里的index
， KMP经典算法。俺偷懒上了rolling hash （别看这个名词fancy, 概念具简单，不熟
悉的童鞋wiki一下五分钟就知道这是干嘛的）。没想到老印死活搞不懂，我解释了十五
分钟他还没明白，我无奈run了一个example, 他居然还是不明白。不明白就不明白吧，
死活非说我的算法是错了，说我的算法只是happen to be right on the example。”
happen to be right"? 我当时真是啼笑皆非，想再说两句，没想到老印先恼羞成怒了
，"I gave you this question, I know what I want." 然后他就开始讲what he
wants. 我一听，我晕敢情你就想要个O(ｍｎ)算法啊，大爷你刚被ICC从印度搬过来吧
？
还有就是所有interviewer, 除了那个中国人，全程手机都不停地在响，他们也在不停
地拨弄手机，非常不尊重candidate.总之paypal是我的worst experience ever, 极度
不推荐，唯一的好处可能是挣title比较容易，staff, principal感觉很容易。
哦，对了，我还面了ebay, 完全不一样的感觉，ebay的人，哪怕同样的老印，也
professional和smart地多。很奇怪为啥paypal作为子公司为啥这么乌烟瘴气，
难道是我面的team有问题？如果整个paypal都这样那真是白瞎了Elon Musk这么彪悍的
创始人了。

人员还随便对code提问，指手画脚。你在白板上写code，他们下面拉家常，你回头看他
们，他们一边钩着肩膀打闹一边说"写你的"。
这个公司a3约60%，当然不去了，那里是他们的王国。

光华人叫得出名字的就出了陈士俊和黄易山
但今天的水平估计也堕落到今天Fairchild 的水平了 连顾客体验都烂了

Paypal的现在跟他们已没有关系。
话说Paypal Mafia还是很牛的，而且很团结，创业遇到问题互相非常帮忙。看看这些名
字，都是大牛啊：

8. Yishan Wong was recruited to PayPal by Jawed Karim. Yishan became an
engineering manager at PayPal, and later became one of the first engineering
managers at Facebook. Yishan is currently the CEO of reddit.
