会投SCA5反对票，否则Super PAC更符合反SCA5的需要。
Super PAC可以集中有限资源影响选举。只要是Independent Expenditures，没有募捐
、花费的限制，但不能与候选人协调联络。支持或反对的决定可以根据候选人公开声明
的立场或投票记录来定，没必要与候选人协调。
在3月底党内预选primary候选人确定后，Super PAC要选打击对象。竞选广告不同于教
育性的公益广告，哪儿痛就打哪儿，两党的专业人士都爱用negative (attack) ads。
要在本选区内登，没必要在外区登（也可节约资金）。另外可以通过talk show等进行
免费宣传。
党内预选Primary election是6/3/2014。如果此前Fong或Bonta在Elections Committee
中投赞成票，可以在6/3前几天登反对广告。这种威慑力可能会让他们考虑弃权。11月
份的普选general election前还有一次打击机会。
