也就是说如果原始loan是1m的话，还是1m的limit
只要refinance成1000001，就立马改成750k？
我的理解是cashout refi以后，还可以有limit，但是这个limit不大于之前的
acquisition indebtedness。
也就是如果一开始是900k，再cashout，那也只有900k，但是不是750k
这里主要的问题是“incurred”怎么理解？对于purchase很清楚，对于refi和cashout
refi呢？
没有看到任何地方提到“不能超过原来的”，“不能cashout refi"云云

发帖数: 1203 | 8 对，我的意思就是免税额不能多于原始贷款，比如原始贷款金额是100万，只要不做
cash-out refinance，即新贷款不多于100万，那么这100万就还是免税的。:)
