greg bear has a bad reputation for writing foundation sequel for
asimov. I hated his work foundation's edge(sp?)

Greg Bear's part of the second "Foundation Trilogy" is
titled "Foundation and Chaos." That is the second book
in this new trilogy. Gregory Benford wrote the first book
"Foundation's Fear," and David Brin wrote the third book
"Foundation's Triumph." I think it was Benford whose
reputation was hurt for his foundation book. The other
two authors(Bear and Brin) both enjoyed quite a success
for their foundation books.

发帖数: 4391 | 6 I dont really know about the reputation. :-) Dont really read much
scifi magazines. I read the foundation and chaos... at least the
first half of it. It is really.. how I put it.. boring if you know
what i mean. The whole story is tediously long.
