这么多年过去, 俺早已打消了把这构思写成小说的念头,
不如拿出来示示众, 博大伙一笑. hehe

克隆还只是复制肉体，将来一旦哪一天复制意识的技术成熟了，

科学技术的发展起初是为了改善人类自身的生活，但结果不少方
向好象都是朝向对人类不利的方向发展。就拿电脑科学来说，我
们常开玩笑说，咱们干电脑的，干的就是让别人失业的活，到头

the only risk when you are actually writing it is you could get
into too many tech details like programming, etc. 8-)

发帖数: 2593 | 3 Thanx. I also felt great when I was writing it 6 or 7 years ago.
I had not had a chance to read a lot of English SF then.
Now after all these years's reading, I lost all my confidence.
I've been outsmarted by toooo many people. These ideas wouldn't
be so brilliant even if I put together a fiction. That's the
major reason I decided to give up.
Another reason is, as you put it, I've also been afraid of going
into tech details. That would be too painful. No fun at all. I
write for fun, not for anyt

than its human-made rival due to that the later one is restricted by
humanbeing. Also how the virus reach other superior intelligence.
btw, gee, if you post this on New Thread Friend 6-7 years ago,
you must be some very famous guy on there...

Hoho. That's the mysterious part. :)
Umm...not really. I wrote the original sketch 6-7 years ago, and
post it on xys-friends in 1997. The mailing list of xys-friends
was created in 1996, btw.

Yeah, I was actually wondering on that part too. I wasn't sure, though,
about when xys-friends was created because that was before I came to US.
