rumor is false.
2. Cutting CSG does not count as layoff. The company pays about $70-$100 per
hour for CSGs to just have the flexibility to scale back especially at times
like this.
3. Even during good times, MSFT let go people all the time(having them find
position inside the company), so just because some unfortunate folks got
laid
off doesn't mean MSFT will cut 10% or even 17%.
