查了一下米歇根 ann arbor， 说房价最高是： Prices peaked in: 2005:Q4
预计到底时间： When they'll hit bottom: 2011:Q1
好像和realtor说的不一致， realtor说已经到底， 去年11月就开始爬升了， 呵呵
