发帖数: 5393 | 4 今天看的一个是lu qi的keynote，也是言之有物；然后就是这位，胆子太大了，用赤裸
裸的数据和事实揭露了微软的官僚，第一张slides的对比触目惊心（xbox有100多dev,
100多tester，几十个PM，外加所谓的什么User Experience Research team之类的；
iPhone有100多dev，20个tester，几个PM），还有后面那个讽刺微软的那些VP喜欢说的
东西“我们有专门的team处理customer issue""这个feature一定要有个PM来lead""这
个bug一定要有个tester来sign off""我们有专门的xxxx team来做xxxx"也很赞。
看来还是中国人说真话的多。

under Lead. MS is very hard, if not impossible to make itself agile. When a
GM has only 2 dev manager, why would he need a director to manage those 2
manager and has only one direct report + the secretary,oh wait, architect
and other a bunch of high level PMs. If you go through the tree, the funny
part is that people that contribute code count less than 20% of the
headcounts in that org. |
