doesn't come with a penny.

off
了，都是performance-based let-go。所以这几年的review一定要努力争取，不要成为

do u really believe there are 10% people get 10%? in some orgs, the number
was much higher. performance review is just an excuse to squeeze more oil
from employees and kick out those have no oil left.
