no experience. But if it had a class action, you can seek refund from either
the manufacturer or the government. -- As this house may not pass the
basic health/safety requirement for living.
search for the class action and read the solution for replacement, if any. |

already took the credit... Did most of people here change the siding to wood
ones?
Thanks!

in. the city put the note on the door. you cannot sell it also. |
M*****t 发帖数: 40 | 4 Thanks a lot! That sounds terrible. My inspector didn't write it so clearly.
He wrote "Wood-decay fungal rot, all new materials shall be of a superior
grade. Recommended determing the original cause of the problem and
correcting/repairing as needed."
It is very hard to find a house you like, so I am wondering if replacement
can solve the issue.
Also, I can't find the official link about this problem (LP composite) in
Seattle area. Do you know more about it? Thanks!

M*****t 发帖数: 40 | 7 Thanks! It is same as the other information I found. I wondered why we didn'
t know this issue before, because it seemed such a classical issue. For next
house, I will pay more attention to the house built prior to 1996 years...
Assuming all the conditions are same and same maintenance, it seems that
houses before 1970 and houses after 2002 are good...Just my guess...
