I am not sure it is still in the same condition as it was on sale for $800K.
The previous owner could have done quite a bit damage during the
foreclosure process.
BTW, how do you know it is back on the market? It is not on NW Multiple
Listing Service. |

paid whoever buy the house.

又可能被foreclosed了。第一贷应该是用来买原来的旧房的,俺想也就20来万。

一代跟二贷不同银行,二贷银行哪有这么傻把钱还给一贷阿。。这么说还是要买的人还
了。除非二代少于40几万,还有余钱还一代。 其实这房真是有钱人才住得起。俺如果有
幸住里,恐怕冷死里头。。。。(不敢开暖气,赫赫。。。)

bank on the 2nd is going to be forced to negotiate with 1st if it got some
money from sale or is only selling his secondary lien. Who wants a $425K
worth of paper which can not enforce anything on the property?
Essentially the true seller (1st) has not yet agreed on anything. Sounds
like whoever is buying now, is puting a downpay of $425K, and not sure the
seller even agree.

钱,税也交得挺高,以它现时这个价钱买下也是超值,投资就是很不错!自住还是不够
理想!

is that if a junior mortgage lien holder foreclosed the house, when the
house gets sold, the new owner will owe the senior mortgage. In this case,
it sounds like the second mortgage lien holder did successfully get the
money because somebody had paid for the house, but the problem was that the
"new owner"was then obligated to pay the first mortgage if they didn't have
any agreements on who would pay the senior mortgage before the transaction.
That's why people said buying foreclosures is risky. Buyers will have to
review the title carefully before signing the contract.

home association fees, lawyer fees, utility charges, etc which have to be
paid off by the new owner even though who brought from the first mortgage
