are managed out from MS and all went to A or G here in Seattle! But quite
frankly, they are really the worst in the team. Personally, I want to wish
them good luck. But if I am the boss, I will manage them out too. All they
do everyday is bragging about how good they are and how many problems MS
management have but no hard work or smart work at all. That is also why me
and a few of my friends choose to not to go to A or G even with the offers (
don't want to work the losers jumped from MS to A or G!)
Some harsh facts for MS chinese workers:most of you guys are not better than
your co-workers from India! Most of the really great developers here are
white guys. |

the worst developer from MS ends up being a (sometimes more senior)
developer in G and A? Of course, my conclusion are only based on the people
I know but I am pretty confident that I have seen enough examples.
In the end, I think this argument of which company has better developers is
kind of bull shit! It is like students from Beijing University saying that
they are better because they are from BU. |

比别的同行要更像那么回事，然后煞有介事的把各个大公司所谓hiring bar比出个你
高我低，blah,blah.
老大们，敢情都走上工作岗位了还没脱离校园思维呢。别太高看自己了，不就是个job
吗？真要做一番事业的人不是靠挤进大公司来证明自己的。
还真指望能在software engineer的career track上改变世界呢？
