因为已经被别人注册了，游戏算什么。
花钱找律师打官司吧。如果你给律师花的钱比对方花的多，你有可能赢。

it is only because of the name, you can fix it by changing a name. If it is
more than that, ask for the patent number for which you may have problem
with. Then go to USPTO website to download the patent and read through it.

赶快注册一个，先下手为强。如果他们注册了，就换个名字吧，呵呵。
