我买房的时候开始也是找的中国的，可后来发现老美的一样有rebate，并且服务更好，
我的房子就是老美帮着买的。
后来做remodeling，开始也是找的中国人，后来发现此君是个大骗子，后来找的老美的
，价钱一点也不高，并且活干的也很好，我很满意。

，相比bothell稍微远一点点。不过离MSFT比bothell离的近。

house purchasing. She is also very patient and not ever pushing us to make
decisions, although we are picky and visit quite many houses.
She has point returned, but not the lowest I have ever heard. Just FYI in

Charlie对房子非常了解，耐心，并且更重要的喜欢这一行！当时我们看到我们现在住
的房子，非常喜欢并且价格相当合理了(65w)，就对他说full price也可以。Charlie说
了一句，full price 太没挑战了吧。遂当天夜里砍下2万刀,签了contract. 第二天，
就进来一个65w的cash offer,过了几天又有一个66w得offer。
Anyway,我们觉得Charlie是个非常好的agent! |
