Over the weekend, while driving, I heard their commericals on Warm 106.9
radio channel. They encourage everyoen to buy an easy pass (forgot the name)
, otherwise, you will pay by mail. Whenever you pass 520 bridge, they will
send you a letter/bill. It will be in spring, not sure when.
