Shanghai stock index is also reflecting the problem, why people put money
into any solid business you can have a fool proof investing of housing with
>8% return?
The next party is some time later, don't arrive too early.

发帖数: 173 | 21 城际铁路，铁路连起的密集工业区和自由选择居住地点的便捷。
为什么我提到这个，是因为我的老家在江苏的一个小镇，原来回老家需要从南京坐3个
半小时长途车到县城，然后坐1个半小时船到镇上。现在两条高速从镇旁边穿过，高铁
站马上也要在县城修起。
小的时候那些堂兄堂弟都不知道未来会怎样，对着田地觉得茫然，现在有的有自己的
business了，有的给别人打工从低做起现在都掌握了些技术，基本上人人都建了小楼，
很多人都买了汽车。
以后我如果回国回北京，我可以周末选择回老家度个短假，高铁7小时到，也就是卧铺
一晚上。如果选择回上海，我甚至可以住在老家的老宅里，1个多小时可以坐城际高铁
从家里到工作的地方。
国内政治上很多不好的地方，大家都知道。但不要低估了中国老百姓的执著和对美好生
活的追求，TG在基础建设上的成功，军事实力的提升以保障和平的国际环境，老百姓的
勤奋努力，中国的未来会让很多人吃惊的。
