前不久某个朋友拿到G的offer，工资大家也都知道，然后慕名也去面试了M，拿到offer
，M给的薪水只有G的2/3，然后HR给另一个朋友发信说劝我那个朋友加入M，结果那个在
M的朋友一听工资直接说你别来了，比我的manager还高，我自己也要跳槽了，lol
后来听说那个在M的朋友，认识的人基本都面了G和A，有其他的offer的都离开M了。。。 |

当然有人会说：facebook/google/etc.在seattle都有office啊，还有amazon.
问题是fb/google/amazon的hiring bar都很高，比M要高，并不是你想去就去了，如果
这三家拿不到offer，那基本上就只能留在M。另外他们都是online业务，也不是对所有
人都是good fit。虽然raw skill很重要，但是别人想找熟悉database或者java的，对
一个做网络协议的来说就不是很适合，对吧？
一个灵活的适合硅工的环境应该是大中小公司都有很多，而不是这里这样单一。

seattle好是好，有时候觉得太安逸了，安逸的好像跟天天下着细雨的天气一样。

才是搞网络的正规军。而且pay的都不错。

Maybe some MS teams have low hiring bar, but Amazon? I interviewed with
them once and got an offer. Only one guy asked me questions like a
senior, and I was kind of uncomfortable with his questions because I
feel I had to disclose too much about what I did for the company I
worked at that time to answer his questions (his questions were more
like "how did your team handle this and that ..., not really
appropriate, in my opinion), so I told I was not comfortable disclosing
the details (though technically I know the answers to a large degree)
and he stopped asking those questions. But for the rest of questions
from the rest of the interviewers? Very simple and easy to answer, can't
imagine that they ask that kind of questions. There are, of course, some
tough Amazon interview questions you can find on the internet. But you
can find tough interview questions from almost any big companies.

至于是不是Evil就难说了。资本的
目的就是追逐最大的利润，只不过
有些公司的做法露骨一点，有些公
司做得高明一点而已。

check out how many are rejected on amazon and how many (is there any)
rejected by ms.
it's just a minior sample set for sure,but...whatever,believe it or not.
hiring bar is NOT set by your(or the company) own intention; it's set
depending on how many interviewers you have.
