I use a discounted cash flow to calculate the economic profit and enterprice
value.
suppose all the proceeds from the IPO are used as investement as promised in
their statement. They get 3*41=123 m from underwritters, they will get 4.8*
current price=480m from their own selling.
Dont be fooled by the 10b shown in the market cap. The huge B shares don't
bring in any "real money". I beleive employees receive B share, which could
be transfered into A share.

growth rate could sustain till 2019. The price I got is around 65$.
Current high price is driven by limitted supply and institutional

基于哪些股票修正的model？这类social方面新的公司和你选的公司之间的不同你是怎
么考虑的？对于系统性的干扰，比如飞机撞楼，08年的crash，等等，在correlation的
时候你是怎么处理的？
B转A之后，市场上股票供应可能会增加一点（看goog和bidu的数据）；如果增加的太少
，卖空的人压力肯定很大。所以在半年一年之内，这个股票不会回归本来“正常”的市
值。
