Most cab drivers at Sea-tac r from Morocco or Somalia...Sometimes they r not
friendly to each other by "stealing" potential passengers, but I doubt they
would become criminals...

pretend to be on the call with someone when the cab is near your home |

好多地方还车就是把paperwork填好
