你一个月用多少流量？他们给你好的rate？如果他们按流量区别对待，直接说按流量收
费得了。
我看了我们三月的流量，40G左右。主要是看PPStream之类的网络电视了。用得好像不

The CSR just can't do it even if the csr wants to help you.
Well, that's the stupidity of Comcast and that's why more and more old users
are leaving Comcast, although fairly speaking, comcast is better in quality
of internet than others...
Comcast is too greedy that it only emphasizes on snatching new user while
ignoring the complaints from current users.

另：technician来装的时候说有一种basic的电视，本来是15.03, 装网络的话会有
15off，相当于免费的basic cable..反正他们家系统很混乱，我都被搞晕了。。
