spending account？
有一些中国人办的after school care， 他们能够提供抱税证明吗？
另外，能够凑够$５０００吗？

school care, the $5000 will run very fast. But if your daycare budget is
something around $3000-$4000, there is no much difference for sign flexible
benefit or not (maybe the tax difference is $100-200).
