家里2楼卫生间的洗脸池一开水，楼下就能听见水滴答滴答的声音，而不是那种连续的
水流声，以前没发现，是不是有漏水？墙面上倒是没有发现渗水痕迹。
我担心的是墙面都被柜子挡住了，并且下水道是藏在墙里头的，很难发现渗水，现在我
应该怎么办？需不需要找个plumber来看看？但我自己都不清楚是不是漏水，会不会找
了是白花冤枉钱？ |

发帖数: 4479 | 2 觉得你应该找个plumber来看看。管子都是藏在墙里的，如果不管它，就怕真有漏水日
久生霉就麻烦了。
找个有经验的plumber先diagnose一下，不用开墙。

发帖数: 1552 | 3 是冷热水一起放的时候?先试试只放冷水？如果是只放热水的时候才响很可能只是热水
管固定的问题，热胀冷缩时有声音，我觉得不是大问题。

发帖数: 138 | 4 单独放冷水没有滴答声，单独放热水有滴答声。热胀冷缩为什么会有滴答声呢？并且是
每次开热水都有。

发帖数: 365 | 5 如果水管漏水的话应该一直有声音，与龙头无关。如果是下水道漏水的话应该与冷热水
无关。看来热胀冷缩的解释最合理。 |

发帖数: 18174 | 7 流体经过缝隙，重力超过附着力的位置，对压强非常敏感。不开水龙头的时候，压强略
大，也许水从4点到5点处漏出，那地方也许有什么东西接住，听不到声音；开水龙头，
压强略微下降，也许水就从6点处漏出了。

，滴答 的声音。是建筑商工程维修的人这样讲的。我家今年春天就是这样，的确没有
任何漏水的迹象。看看随气温室内外温差增大，会不会又有这种声音出现。
建议楼主注意观察任何漏水迹象，比如干墙气泡，漆色变化。 |

我在找plumber的时候发现一个老美的论坛，感觉挺有用的，我在上面发帖问了，也有
老美讲是热胀冷缩的问题，

Hard to say without being there. Most newer houses use PVC or ABS drain
pipes. These expand/contract much more than cast iron pipes (still used in
premium houses and in some situations by code for fire reasons). When using
hot water, that expands the pipe, then, after you stop, it will then cool
off and contract back. Depending on how it is routed and anchored, it can
easily make some sounds as it changes size, then 'snaps' against the tight
spot, maybe doing that multiple times. The fact it doesn't do it with cold,
leads to that expansion/contraction...common, but if the run is designed and
installed well, need not happen.
It is probably is not a leak, otherwise, it would do it when you ran cold
water as well. It's a sign of sloppy workmanship. Usually it isn't more than
an annoyance. To fix it, you'd need to open up the wall and find out where
it is sticking, then either reroute or open up or loosen the clamp or hole
the pipe is going through. |

发帖数: 138 | 12 上来update一下老美论坛的管理员回复，他是bothell开公司的plumber，应该是很权威
的解释了，结论就是正常现象，不需要take actions.
What is happening is very normal.
Plastic expands and rubs against wood. This sort of thing has been going on
for decades without an issue.
A Furnace will have simalar issues. The pipes warm up, and then they cool.
As they cool things slip back into postion again.
A home that faces the South in the Summer, will get taller on the sunny side
. In the evening, after the sun goes down, the house contracts on that side,
causing all sorts of sounds as the different pieces rearrange themselves.
I notice that in the Winter, after the leaves have fallen, I hear the
freeway better at night. I don't notice so much in the Summer with more
leaves between me and the freeway a half mile away. |
