让微软把security info email 到我的alternative email， 但问题是 alternative

是当初注册时乱填的，根本不存在。
后来我又通过forgeot password，让微软提示我输入security question， 我正确输入

但问题是：有时候(主要是选了option，然后选security&password后）我无法进入邮件

请问如何解决？？？？？？？？
我想现在想de-register那个fake email， 用真正的email注册
同时，把这个hotmail关联自己的手机，
请问如何操作？

发帖数: 4276 | 3 You obviously need something more than a password to change your security
information, it is very common practice nowadays.
What you can do is very simple and already listed: just wait until 30 days
later (8/24) and after then, an email will be sent to the email address you
used (not your hotmail nor the fake one) to submit this request to instruct
you how to change your security information without needing access to one.
Before that, you can still use your account/email functions normally except
when accessing your security info.
The wait is not pleasant, but we have to find a balance between UX and
security, particularly when this issue was set up by you. Your account and
email inbox contains very private and sensitive information which we value
its security the highest. When the customer is not on the same page and
provides fake information, he is putting himself in trouble.
To my knowledge, not many other service providers provide this fail safe
mechanism while trying to maintain high security bar.
