标 题: 信用卡dispute经验求教〉〉〉〉〉〉〉〉〉〉〉〉〉〉〉〉〉

上个月在一家local家具店订了几千块的家具，一开始钱就全部用ＡＭＥＸ信用卡付了
，本来商家说好家具会在送货上门的时候开箱安装，结果等到送货那天电话临时变卦，
说要在他店里安装好，然后送货过来，因为这个我们无法达成一致，结果商家马上不耐
烦了，电话里就说会cancel我的order,然后那天他们也没有deliver任何家具，后来我
联系他们要refund，他们一直不理我，只好file dispute到AMEX
结果在ＡＭＥＸ处理dispute过程中，当ＡＭＥＸ联系商家时，他们竟然撒谎说是我
cancel order的，合同上写了cancellation会charge 20% restocking fee，他们现在
明摆着想讹诈我20%的restocking fee
因为双方都没有书面证据证明是谁cancel order的，只有电话里商家说他们cancel
order，但当时没有电话录音，所以没有十足的证据证明他们cancel order的
目前商家拿着我的几千块钱，却没有给我任何货。这种情况不知道如何与AMEX沟通呢？
如何证明商家撒谎？如何证明他们cancel order的呢？不想AMEX最后让我付商家２０％
restocking fee，那实在是冤枉大了
求大家给出出主意，非常感谢！ |

-stocking?
that is a scam!
( I had very similar experience as you have. the shipping compnay charged
me for 10 % , and then did nothing. The whole process of getting my money
back is 5 months.)
By the way, u need to share that furniture store name , so none of us will
go there. |

答付后， 把信转给ＡＭＥＸ。 看他们咋决定 |

写封信就行了。

你是AMEX还是别的信用卡？
你钱全部拿回来了吗？

如果商家cancel合同，然后买家还要付20% fee，那简直是霸王条框啊
以后商家专门就cancel合同，一本万利，利润率比卖家具还高呢
这样的条款没有哪个州是合法的吧？
