owners, they are the heart of the east side today. |

These rails reduce the money premium of the hot area.

Also, you see the Kirkland to Issaquah line iss also in construction, that
reduce another differential. Last year, Issaquah was planned by the county
as next metro
center (which should be very important considering how Bellevue was 20 years
ago). |

house price. The best area to invest has moved to outside, especially with
the railroad of Seattle area finally in shape. Bellevue square owner managed
to slow the whole metro transit down for 20 years.

发帖数: 1175 | 13 I don't think that will reflect any time soon, maybe after the railroad (
another 10 years?!). It will be good for outer area, but not so good for
centers like BRK. That's why Kirkland is opposing it badly.

backyard, neither does central Kirkland, where they will be a service
station. Most people's backyard is not disturbed. |
