If he is using a unix, you can do sth. If his IP is 162.105.179.1, you can
send an email to root@[162.105.179.1] or nobody@[162.105.179.1]. But if it's
a public machine, for example, belong to a school,you will be in trouble.
Also, he can also use a faked IP.

account. Is there any way that I can uncode the password and
get into my email box? Since I keep some importmant
webaddress
and email address in the email box, it means a lot to me.
