in-piste and off-piste conditions. I demo 4 pairs of skis with waist of 85,
87, 88 and 102mm on a powder day at Kirkwood. The pair with 102mm waist
performed best on powder but I don't like what I felt on groomed trails. I
am happy with the 88mm underfoot on groomers but wish it can deliver even
better on powder. Unfortunately at that time there was nothing with waist of
90-100mm available for me to try.

more effort to make a usual turn.

发帖数: 3522 | 9 There is no perfect ski for both worlds, you just have to decide which one
you enjoy/prefer first, the powder or the groomer.
You found the 102 hard to turn, that could be due to the design of that
specific ski. The one mentioned by mooth should be fairly easy to turn; of
course not as easy as your current 70mm one.
