acess 70是70，和我现在的鞋flex index 65差不多。

然后如果一定要买salomon的牌子，就四款Qusest 8 和Mission RS 8正好，更高点的
Quest 10和更低点的Mission RS 7

my feet has a pretty narrow heel, and a lot of boots I find the heel doesn't
fit well. I tried the F1 as well - it doesn't fit as well at the F3 for me
. I find Nordica in general to be pretty comfortable - despite a
110 stiffness rating.
Maybe give it a try if you have the opportunity. |

这些数字是flex index，越高就越硬，more respsonsive to force transmission but
more uncomfortable, not easy to control for beginners with still upward
stance
所以入门是60左右，然后80－100是中级，更高就是pro和racing的了没必要考虑了
