是不是你安装的时候没有以管理员的权限运行啊？

单击 右键 就能看到有一个Run as administritor

time, it came this message (before activation procedure)
You are not allowed to continue because your account does not have the
proper privileges. Please log in using an account with administrator
privileges and try agains.
I am the administrator of this computer, and mine is the only account of the
computer. |

Run Photoshop or Photoshop Elements as an Administrator.
To run Photoshop as an administrator:
Navigate to the Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop CS2 folder.
Right-click the Photoshop.exe file and choose Properties.
On the Compatibility tab, select Run This Program As An Administrator in the
Privilege Level section.
Click OK.
