, there are some questions bothering for a whilel. Hope someone can help me.
Many postings say that H1B can open a company but can't earn salary from it.
Does it mean that I can open a single-person company by myself and run it
by myself without any salary? I don't know if law allows a company run by
non-paid person.
Also, I am going to get EAD as EB2 (software enginner) soon. I was told that
