there is a fee called registered agent fee for $149 per year. My questions is,
if I live in a different state than Delaware, can I use my current address as
the registered agent address?
Also, is there any other annual fees involved regarding forming an LLC?

address in Delaware ( which is required if you want register there, but you
can also get it anywhere from Mail box ETC companies listed in the yellow
book), it is like a mail box and whatever mails sent there will forward to
your real mail address. If you want register at your own state, you can use
your own address. All the fee you need to submit is the rigistration fee to
the govenment.
