Any one has some experience that you can share?
1) What's the best way to ship and insure the full value (small package,$
500k)?
2) How to clear the Chinese custom and the import tax? What are the
documents to prove that the import to China is absolutely legal?
3) I assume that there is no export tax from US and I only need to claim the
purpose of export when I purchase the parts (not restrictive for export).

I do not quite understand your question. Generally speaking,
Small package, high unit price -> freight
Big package, low unit price, high volumn, -> Sea.
Most probably you may ask an agent work for you. Here are general steps for
your knowledge.
Step 1: Find Tariff Code (8-digit number) http://www.china-customs.com/customs-tax/
Step 2: Find “监管条件”in the same page, each character represent a
specific approval document issued by the government. Apply for the approval
