１。我在网上查到一家专利所 （http://www.oakwoodlawoffice.com/），律师费只要＄１７７6，是不是太便宜了，有问题？
２。专利从申请到批准要大概３年时间，如果我想在这段时间卖我的专利产品，我要用
什么方式保护我的产品？

发帖数: 440 | 2 1. you need to find out what you'll get charged for $1776. prior art search,
claim drafting, patent filing, prosecution, or what? i suggest you buy
yourself a book "patent it yourself", which provides a pretty comprehensive
instruction on patent filing for layman. (FYI: the patent examiner at the
PTO has the obligation to write one claim for you.)
2. after the filing of your provisional application, clock start ticking and
you'll have 18 months before anything gets published. during this period | n********s

I plan to sell the patent products before the patent is issued before it is
hard for me to wait 18 months.
As for the first question, they said the $1776 includes
"this also includes as many professional drawings as needed (usually 4 or
more), a search, and several rounds of revisions if you feel it's needed
after reading the first draft. Start to finish is about a 2 week process",
so I guess it almost includes every cost. But I will not apply m |
