Factory is in China(design,manufacture) and Market is in USA(website,
storage). Where is better to open the company considering legal, convenience
and tax benefit?

你们都在中国建厂房了，人家就会找你收税了，国内肯定得有个公司把，不然很多手续
都没法办，国内动不动就要出示工商
营业执照之类的东西

在美国。到时两边独立结算？分公司形式和完全独立公司形式不知道究竟哪个比较好。 |
